1. User Eligibility

• Users under 13 are not permitted to use the app. Users between 13–17 must have parental consent.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We are not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence in securing your account.
• Users can delete their accounts via the "Delete Account" button in the Edit Profile section.

3. Purchases and Payments

• StreetMall Commerce offers multiple payment options, including secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• A standard COD fee is applicable for orders opting for this mode (charges may vary).
• All online transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
• We do not store any payment credentials and ensure all payments are encrypted and handled through secure processors.

For iOS Users:

• Payments for physical goods are processed through external payment processors.
• These transactions are not subject to Apple’s In-App Purchase system as they involve physical goods and services consumed outside of the app.

Additional Terms:

• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
• Refund and return policies for physical goods are available in the relevant section of the App.
• For in-app purchases made through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, all billing and refunds are handled by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support via the App Store or reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Content and Usage Restrictions

• You agree not to use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the App.
• Any content uploaded by users (e.g., reviews) must comply with our content guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, and company-related content in the App are owned by us or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior authorization.

6. Third-Party Services

• The App may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
• Third-party payment gateways may have additional terms you must agree to before use.
• Apple is not a sponsor of promotions in this app, nor is Apple responsible for their conduct.

7. Promotions and Gifts

• We may occasionally offer promotional gifts (such as bikes, cars, mobile devices, or other branded items) to selective users.
• Recipients are chosen based on our internal selection process, which may change from time to time.
• Promotions and gifts may be announced via app banners, push notifications, emails, or other communication methods.
• All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to determine eligibility criteria for promotions at our sole discretion.
• Apple is not involved in any promotions offered in the app.

8. Termination and Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.
• You may close your account at any time by following the process in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the last 6 months.

10. Changes to the Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Brands Section

• StreetMall Commerce features a dedicated Brands section where partner brands are specially listed.
• All information, products, and offers displayed under this section are provided directly by the respective brands through their Vendor portal.
• StreetMall Commerce is not liable for inaccuracies in brand-provided content.
• By accessing this section, users agree that purchases and engagements with listed brands are subject to the respective brand’s terms and policies.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of India.
