By using StreetMall, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

 

1. User Eligibility - You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App. - Users under 13 are not permitted to use the app. Users between 13-17 must have parental consent. - You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

 

2. Account and Security - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. - We are not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence in securing your account. - Users can delete their accounts via the "Delete Account" button in the Edit Profile section.

 

3. Purchases and Payments - Currently, we only support Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in the App. - Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. - Refund and return policies for physical goods are available in the relevant section of the App. - For in-app purchases made via the Apple App Store, refunds and cancellations must comply with Apple's refund policy.

 

4. Content and Usage Restrictions - You agree not to use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity. - Do not attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the App. - Any content uploaded by users (e.g., reviews) must comply with our content guidelines.

 

5. Intellectual Property - All trademarks, logos, and Company Related content in the App are owned by us or licensed to us. - You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior authorization.

 

6. Third-Party Services - The App may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. - Third-party payment gateways may have additional terms that you must agree to before use.

 

7. Termination and Suspension - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. - You may close your account at any time by following the process in the App.

 

8. Limitation of Liability - We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the last 6 months.

 

9. Changes to the Terms - We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

10. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. - Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of India.
